TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPORTER SATISFACTION SURVEY FREE PRIZE DRAW (2025)

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter is The Save the Children Fund a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales (178159) and a registered charity in England & Wales (213890) and Scotland (SC039570) with registered office at 1 St John’s Lane, London, EC1M 4AR.

ELIGIBILITY

3. Entrants must be resident in the UK. Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.

5. Number of entries permitted to one entry per person. 

6. Only individuals who directly receive the Supporter Satisfaction Survey emails are eligible to take part. Survey links are unique and non-transferable, so forwarding or sharing your link will make others ineligible for the prize draw.

JUDGING

7. Winners will be chosen at random from all supporters for who have completed the survey by 23:59 on 2nd November 2025. The draw will take place by midnight on 14th November 2025.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

8. To be entered into the free prize draw you must complete the mandatory questions in the Supporter Satisfaction Survey (marked with an asterisk) using your unique link found in your Supporter Satisfaction Survey email.

9. The competition closes at 23:59 on 2nd November 2025.

THE WINNER

10. There will be two (2) winners of the competition for the prize available.

11. The winners will be notified by email (the same email address the survey link was sent to) within 30 days of the notified closing date. If the winner doesn't respond within 7 days to confirm that they wish to claim their prize, or if the winner confirms that they do not wish to receive the prize, the promoters reserve the right to draw an alternate winner (also at random)

12. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE

13. The prize is a selection of items from our retail range. Each winner will receive: 

  • 1 Tote Bag
  • 1 bar of Honey Milk Chocolate
  • 1 Froodles Rhubarb Candle
  • 1 set of Marble Notebooks
  • 1 set of Marble Pencils - red, yellow and blue
  • 1 set of Activism Jumbo Badges

14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

15. The winners must provide a suitable address in the UK for the item to be posted. 

16. The receipt by the winning entrants of any of the prize components is conditional upon compliance by the winners with these rules. Winning entrants may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of these rules and other terms and conditions, consents or releases relating to the prize.

GENERAL

17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winners if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Neither shall the Promoter be liable to the winners for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this competition and/or the prize, save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence or fraud of the Promoter.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to make any reasonable amendments to these terms and conditions at any stage. In this event, a notice will be posted on this page.

19. As a condition of entering the competition, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. The Promoter will not be liable in any way if any entrant enters the competition unlawfully.

20. We are obliged to make the list of winners available if requested. We will therefore use the winners' surnames and country to do so if asked. If you object to your data being used in this way, please contact [email protected]. Please note that the Promoter must still provide the winners' information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency on request even if you object to such information being shared more widely.

21. Details of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter within 30 days from the relevant closing date.  

22. This competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
