At Save the Children, we're proud of our dynamic and diverse portfolio of special events, that are expertly delivered year-round by our skilled and dedicated events team. We strive to create a wide range of innovative and dynamic events to raise as much money as possible to help children around the world change their futures for good.
OUR EVENTS
From luxurious galas to exclusive gatherings, each occasion is designed to bring together philanthropists, community leaders and changemakers dedicated to making a difference.
We're privileged to benefit from prestigious events hosted by our corporate partners, which include the IFR Awards and the committee-led International Arbitration Charity Ball, both flagship events in the financial and legal calendar.
Over the years our events have included our Winter Gala, which raised a total of £6.6 million over seven years and invited guests to step into the magic of a beloved children’s story, and our ‘Night of…’ series that paid tribute to some of the world’s most iconic music and musicians and raised £10 million over six years.
In 2024, we held a truly special International Women’s Day Celebration at the Bluebird, London in the presence of our Patron HRH, Princess Royal, and saw supporters come together to celebrate inspiring women who have championed the charity’s work over the years.
We saw the return of our Autumn in the City Gala at The Savoy Hotel which raised over £300,000. We were also delighted to be selected as one of the two beneficiaries of the sixth Arora Ball, which brought to life a vibrant carnival fiesta in the Intercontinental London, The O2.

PFI and IFR - 20 February and 17 March 2025
We're the beneficiary charity for the annual Project Finance International Awards and International Finance Review Awards. We've partnered with IFR for 29 years, raising over £32.7 million in aid of our work for children. .
Partnership Awards - 14 May 2025
A recognition and thank you event to our Corporate Partners for their outstanding contribution to our work. 2025’s ceremony will take place in the spectacular surrounds of Searcys at The Gherkin.
Sports Day 2025 - Summer 2025
Relive your childhood memories with an unforgettable day out with your team. Set in the surrounds of a beautiful central London location, teams will be encouraged to battle it out against their competitors in a day of nostalgic sports day games.
Annual Thanking Event - Autumn 2025
An event to thank our highly valued supporters. In 2024 it was held at the beautiful National Gallery with exclusive access to the ‘Once in a Century’ Van Gogh: Poets & Lovers exhibition.
Christmas Concert - December 2025
In December we're holding a magical Christmas Concert, featuring carols, festive readings by celebrity guests, and world-class musical performances. Taking place in central London, tickets will be on sale this summer – more information coming soon!
